We'll use this information to create a strategic golf fitness plan tailored specifically for you! You'll also be furnished with a golf fitness handicap, to help you measure your success.
TPI Assessment - $150
Your program will be designed based on the results of your TPI assessment. So, you get a customized fitness plan that meets you where you are at and takes you where you want to go.
Programs are created to fit your schedule and your budget, we offer 30 minutes to 1-hour training sessions with your choice of one, two, or three sessions per week.
Prices range from $60 for 30 minute training sessions and $100 for 1 hour training sessions.
Our online golf fitness program was created to give you the same in-person experience for a fraction of the cost.
You'll receive a 4 week personalized plan designed to meet your needs and your goals.
Your workout routine can be accessed through our app which has video explanation of each movement as well as the recommended sets and reps.
You'll also receive bi-weekly coaching calls to keep you engaged and on track.
Online Training price - $200 a month
